Memoranda of Understanding
The FRC has entered into memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with the professional accounting bodies and a number of bodies performing regulatory functions. The purpose of the MoUs is to facilitate cooperation and the sharing of information on auditor independence between the FRC and the other bodies.
