FRC Finance Committee
The FRC Finance Committee advises the FRC on the funding and expenditure of the FRC, the AASB and the AUASB. While the Committee is considering the budget of the AASB, it is taken to be convened as the AASB Audit Committee. Similarly, while considering the budget of the AUASB, it is taken to be convened as the AUASB Audit Committee.

The FRC Nominations Committee advises the FRC on the composition of the AASB and the AUASB, including making recommendations on appointments to those Boards.

FRC Committee on Auditor Independence
The FRC Committee on Auditor Independence advises the FRC on its responsibilities to monitor and assess the systems and processes in place to ensure compliance with the auditor independence requirements under the ASIC Act.

The AASB and AUASB Chairmen, where appropriate, are invited to attend the meetings of the Nominations Committee and AASB and AUASB Audit Committees.
The FRC Chairman is an ex-officio member of all FRC sub-committees.
